Explanation:

In the first table, we can see that Y is being multiplied by X.

For example, 6 (in the y column) is being multiplied by 1 (in the x column).

It continues on, 6*2 is 12, 6*3 is 18, so on...

In the second table, we can see that 4 is being subtracted from X.

For example, 15 - 4 is 11, so 11 would go in the first box of the Y column.

It continues on, 9-4 is 5, 16-4 is 12, so on...
