|(x)/(4)+5|=-7\\(x)/(4)+5=-7\\(x)/(4)=-12 \\x=-48

Therefore our answers would be -48 and 48, however there are no answers to this solution as if you try either it does not equal -7. Furthermore graphing both sides of the equations shows there is no intersection.
