Why must the glandular tissue be close to the capillaries?

The glandular tissue must be close to the capillaries because endocrine glands (which are sweat droplets) are near capillary beds. Blood vessels are of a great quantity there too, and for this reason, the glandular tissue must be close to the capillaries.
