Facts is important before making a decision to avoid bad decisions and unjust action and if we know the facts we can be able to stand by our decision and be proud of them

It is important that everyone involved in that decision knows the facts and works from the same set of facts. It's true that getting all the facts, including from those involved in making the decision, takes more time and may delay a decision.
