"Well, I'm doing exercise every day, but I get tired too fast. I definitely stopped eating carbohydrates because I felt they make me fat. I read in an article on the web that they are not good for different reasons, and even that they are key factors for fat storage in the body. What I eat the most is meat, chicken, pork, and as much protein as I can, they are not fried, but steamed. I don't eat too much vegetables because they don't taste good to me. I only eat apples, grapes, strawberries and blueberries. I really need some recommendations that help me to stay in shape and have healthy eating habits."

you should have one meat item a good portion and 2 vegetable sides whether you like it or not and 1 dairy product
