Answer:

12 hours

Explanation:

1. what i did was converted 1/2 which is just dividing 1 by 2. that gives you 0.5

2. i coverted 3/4 which is 3 divided by 4. that gives you 0.75.

3. now i subtract 11 by 0.5 and 14 by 0.75 till i get the same answer for both

11. 14

10.5 13.25

10 12.5

9.5 11.75

9 11

8.5 10.25

8 9.5

7.5 8.75

7 8

6.5 7.25

6 6.5

5.5 5.75

5 5

4. now you count home many times you subtracted which was 12

hope this helped : )
