I can answer this but on a second thought this is a personal work to do and very simple .

(I want you to do it and have fun doing it, and not be scared)

How tod do it:

you have preferences right? so rearrange those how you like it according to your choice and also number each one .

(Incase you didn't understand, there is nothing to solve or work your brain out doing, just rearranging it in a fun way according to your preference and choice).

Example: for me freedom comes first so will put freedom first like this,

1) Freedom

2) security

3) Harmony

4) Conducive environment

5) Contentment

6) Creativity

7) intellectual stimulation

8) Achievement

9) Financial return

10) Prestige

11) Authority

12) Service

13) Variety

This is how I would organize it (you can also organize it how you want and Incase you want to write their meaning too go ahead )
