Explanation:

1. rx = sx + t

2. Move all x values to left side of equal sign.

rx - sx = t

3. Pull the x out of the left side

x (r-s) = t

4. Isolate x to solve by dividing by the entity in the parenthesis.

x = t / (r-s)
