Substitute (1,2) into the equation,

LHS = 2

RHS = 1^2-3

=-2

LHS not equal to RHS

Therefore (1,2) does not satisfy the equation

Substitute (4,13) into the equation,

LHS = 13

RHS = 4^2-3

=13

LHS=RHS

Therefore, (4,13) satisfies the equation

Substitute (-3,-9) into the equation,

LHS = -9

RHS = (-3)^2-3

=6

LHS not equal to RHS

Therefore, (-3,-9) satisfies the equation

Substitute (-5,22) into the equation,

LHS = 22

RHS = (-5)^2-3

=22

LHS=RHS

Therefore (-5,22) satisfies the equation
