The revenue from selling x tickets is r(x) = 10x. The cost for buying x tickets is c(x) = 8x + 40.

The profit from selling x tickets is p(x) = r(x) – c(x).

What is the profit for selling 100 tickets?

pls answer quickly and it'd be lovely if you showed the steps as well

\\ \sf\longmapsto r(100)=10(100)=1000

No buying hence c(x)=0

\\ \sf\longmapsto p(100)=r(100)-c(100)

\\ \sf\longmapsto p(100)=1000-0

\\ \sf\longmapsto p(100)=1000
