Answer:

1) Ohio = 2* Ala

2) Ohio + Ala = 27

We multiply equation 1 by -1

-Ohio = -2*Ala then add equation 2

Ohio + Ala = 27

Ala = -2 * Ala + 27

3 * Ala = 27

Alabama = 9 electoral votes

Ohio = 18 electoral votes
