(f•g)(x) = 3x^3 +6x^2 -5x -10

Explanation:

(f•g)(x) = f(x)•g(x) = (x +2)(3x^2 -5)

= x(3x^2 -5) +2(3x^2 -5) . . . . . . . . use the distributive property

= 3x^3 -5x +6x^2 -10 . . . . . . . and again

(f•g)(x) = 3x^3 +6x^2 -5x -10 . . . . put in standard form
