Answer:

Q = I t charge * time where I = charge / time

Q = V * C where Q is the charge stored on capacitor C

V C = I t

V = I t / C = 75 C/s * 60 sec / 2.9 farad = 1552 Volts

Note: farad = Coul / (J / Coul) = Coul^2 / J
