Answer:

Ok so "X" will ALWAYS be the first number in a ordered pair so in this case 3 WILL be the "X" value 5 will be the "Y" value. "X" is the Horizontal line on the graph you will always start with "X" so you will go over 3 times and up 5 I'm making this complicated but pretty much all you need to know is that "X" is 3
