slope = change in y ÷ change in x = (4 - 0) ÷ (0 - -1) = 4 ÷ 1 = 4

from inspection, y-intercept = 4

Therefore, equation of line in slope-intercept form: y = 4x + 4

Now use this to determine standard form

Standard form: Ax+By=C

so for y = 4x + 4

standard form is: -4x + y = 4
