if x = 0
y = 1/3 * 0 + 2
y = 0 + 2
so y = 2
if x = 3 then
y = 1/3 * 3 + 2
( 1/3 * 3 is the same as 3/3 = 1)
so y = 1 + 2
y = 3
SO WHEN
x = 0 , y = 2
x = 3 , y = 3
