Answer:

4.5 + (2 x 2.5 to the power of 2) - 6

4.5+12.5-6

17-6 = 11

(4.5+2) 2.5 to the power of 2 - 6

6.5 x 6.25 - 6

40.625 - 6 = 34.625

4.5 + 2(2.5 to the power of 2 - 6)

4.5 + 2 x 0.25

4.5+0.5+5
