Explanation:

2x - 5 < 2(x - 3) first multiply 2 with the inside the parenthesis

2x - 5 < 2x - 6

now when we simplify the inequality 2x on the both sides will be eliminated and we will be left with:

(-5) < (-6) which cannot be true because (-5) is closer to 0 in number line so it's bigger then (-6) not smaller

Therefore the answer is "Never true"
