1) Determine Slope


(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x1) =
(-28-(-34))/(10-12) =
(6)/(-2) = -3

2) Use point slope form to create equation


y-y_1=m(x-x_1)


y-(-28)=-3(x-10)


y+28=-2x+30


y=-2x+2
