Y=k(proportionally constant)/x^2
put the values of y and x
3=k/3^2
3=k/9
3*9=k
27=k

put the value of k in the first equation
Y=27/x^2
now this is the main equation

put y =1/3 and find x using main equation
1/3=27/x^2
cross multiply
x^2=81
take square root on both sides
x= ± 9 or -9 and 9
