Data:
discount = 15 percent
co-pay = $ 10
Day charge = $ 480
The amount after discount
= $ 480 - 72
= $ 408
Adding the copay to the amount gives: $ 408 + $ 10 = $ 418
The amount paid for the day = $ 418
