Differentiate bwtween latitude and longitude.​

Latitude and longitude are used most commonly on maps. Where Latitude is vertical and longitude is horizontal. (You can remember that because of the key word “long” in longitude).

So the key difference is the direction in which they cover.

Latitude - vertical (going up and down)

Longitude - Horizontal (going side to side)
