x + y = 180

using the second equation in the first

y - 101.4 + y = 180

2y - 101.4 = 180

2y = 281.4

x = y - 101.4 = 140.7 - 101.4 = 39.3°

so, the starting angle is 39.3°, and every supplementary angle is then 140.7°.
