X-Intercept:
((13)/(2),0)

Y-Intercept:
(0,-2)

As for the graph, you mark 13/2, or 6.5 on the x-axis for your first point, and -2 on the y-axis for your second point. Then, draw your line and you have your graph.

Hope this helps! If so, lmk!
