Answer is -2 slope
Step by step
You can count and list rise over run
Down -4 over + 2
-4/2 = -2
Or
You can take your points
(1, 1) and (3,-3)
Y2 - Y1 over X2 - X1
-3-1 over 3-1
-4 over 2
Slope is -4/2 simplified to -2
Problem solved!
