In my opinion, decimals are easier to work with than fractions, so lets covert the fractions first.

1 5/8 = 1.625

-1 3/5 = -1.6

Now we can re-write the equation: 1.625÷(-1.6)

We can use a calculator to do this, since the math isn't easy.

1.625÷(-1.6)=-1.015625

Fraction form: -1 1/64

I'm not the best at this, please tell me if I'm wrong and I'll take it down :)

Good luck!!
