This is an exercise in kinematics, on Uniform Rectilinear Motion.

To start solving this exercise, we obtain the data:

Distance (d) = 600 m

Time (T) = 5 minutes = 300 sec

Speed (V) = ?

Since it asks us for the speed in kilometers per hour (Km/h), we perform a time conversion, from minutes to seconds. Taking into account that 1 minute = 60 seconds.

5 minutes * (60 sec/1 minutes) = 300 sec

To calculate the speed we apply the following formula:

V = D/T

We substitute our data in the given formula and solve:

V = 600 m / 300 sec

V = 2 m/s

But since it asks us for the speed in km/h, we carry out a conversion, taking into account that 1 km = 1000 meters and 3600 seconds = 1 hour, so:

2 m/s * (1 km/1000 m)*(3600 s/1 hr) = 7.20 km/h

Answer: The speed of the person is 7.20 km/h.
