Velocity = 25 m/s

Radius = 500 m

We know, centripetal acceleration = Square of velocity / Radius

Therefore, centripetal acceleration

= [(25)^2/500] m/s^2

= [625/500] m/s^2

= 1.25 m/s^2

The answer is 1.25 m/s^2.

a = \frac{{v}^(2)}{r}

a = \frac{{25}^(2) }{500}

a = 1.25 (m)/(sec^2)
