I don’t know how to answer this. Please help.

Think about your personal food choices: how do you decide what you will eat on a daily basis? What sorts
of things influence your decision? What is the most significant factor for you? Time in your schedule?
Ease of selection? Type of food? Where the food is obtained? How long it might take to cook the food?
Flavor? Freshness? Source? Family Traditions? What you've learned about food in school or from
friends?
