6b + 8 = 56

6b = 56 - 8

6b = 48

b = 48 / 6 = 8

calculate the sides:

Side two: 2b + 3 = 2(8) + 3 = 16 + 3 = 19 cm

Side three: 2b + 5 = 2(8) + 5 = 16 + 5 = 21 cm

perimeter = 16 + 19 + 21 = 56 cm
