JK=KL

8x+6=6x+20

8x+6-6=6x+20-6

8x=6x+14

8x-6x=6x+14-6x

2x=14

Divide both parts of the equation by 2:

x=7

JK=8*7+6

JK=56+6

JK=62 units

Hence, KL=62 units

JL=62+62

JL=124 units
