The answers show two correct Constitutional requirements: a person must be a natural born citizen (though not both parents have to be U.S. citizens) and a person must have lived in the United States for at least fourteen years. The minimum age to be President is 35. There is nothing about crimes disqualifying someone- constitutionally-speaking- from being President.
