Answer:

3 batches

Explanation:

You should divide here.

(3/10)/(1/10)

The thing that helps me divide fractions is this rhyme:

"When you must divide a fraction, do this very simple action: flip what you're dividing by, then it's easy - multiply!"

So we would have (3/10) * (10/1)

3*10 is 30. 1*10 is 10. 30/10 is 3.

This gives you 3 batches. Always remember your label when doing word problems!

Answer:

3 batches

Explanation:

to get from 1/10 to 3/10 you multiply by 3. This means to find out the answer, multiply the one batch of cookies by 3
