Answer: 16 and 18

Explanation:

Let the lesser of two consecutive even integers is x.

Hence, the bigger of two consecutive even integers is (x+2).

\displaystyle\\x-(x+2)/(2)=7 \\

Multiply both parts of the equation by 2:

x(2)-(x+2)=7(2)\\2x-x-2=14\\x-2=14\\x-2+2=14+2\\x=16\\x+2=16+2\\x+2=18
