Answer:

14x-5y-11=0

Explanation:

Given

point (x1, y1)=(-1,-5)

slope (m)=14/5

Now using the formula

the equation of the line through the point of (x1, y1) and have the slope of m is

(y-y1)=m(x-x1)

(y-(-5))=(14/5)(x-(-1))

(y+5)=(14/5)(x+1)

(y+5)=(14x+14)/5

cross multiplication

5(y+5)=14x+14

5y+25=14x+14

14x-5y+14-25=0

14x-5y-11=0
