Answer:

Price of the notebook yesterday- $3.45

Price of the notebook today - $3.20

Decrease in price - $3.45-$3.20

= $ 0.25

Decrease % =

$(decrease)/(total \: cost) * \: 100$

100 * (0.25)/(3.45)

100 * (345)/(25)

4 × 345 = 1380%
