theres still low voter turnout which can be a good sign because it means people arent feeling alarmed enough to vote. they dont feel theres an urgency. it also means theres probably no voter fraud so accepting election results is logical. there is also a vote recounting process if there is a question.

electoral college ensures majority rule with a winner take take all system meaning whoever has the majority votes in that state wins ALL the electoral votes in a presidential election
minority rights are ensured with the senate in that states with a small population have the same number of votes as big states
gerrymandering helps with minority rights in that districts are reshaped in maps to help minority candidates elected
judiciary like the supreme court is there for accountability & transparency for elections like in the presidential election in the year 2000 when the supreme court decided which votes counted & which didn't
