Answer: No, it’s not a function.

Step-by-step explanation: In a function, no x value can have more than one y value (no input can have more than one output). This can be identified using the vertical line test. Take a vertical line and translate it across the graph. If it’s a function, the line will only cross one point. As you can see from the picture below, I put a vertical line through the graph and it crosses through two spots, meaning an input has more than one output, so it is not a function.
