Explanation:

Question: 10x + 3 =5

Answer: 10x= 5 - 3

10x=2

x=2/10

x=1/5

Find the value of x :- 10x + 3= 5

$\ 10x = 5 - 3$

$\longmapsto$
$\ 5 - 3 = 2$

$\longmapsto$

$\longmapsto$
(1)/(5)

$\longmapsto$
$\ x = 0.2$
