Let the total strength of the class be 100 and number of girls be x

Therefore,

The number of boys be = x - 15

According to the question,

`\sf{ 100 = 2x + 15}`

`\sf{ 100 - 15 = 2x }`

`\sf{ 85 = 2x }`

`\sf{x = 85/2}`

Thus, The number of girls be 85/2

Now,

Number of boys = 85/2 - 15

`\sf{boys = 85 - 30/2 }`

`\sf{ boys = 55/2 }`

Ratio of boys and girls :-
