I don't think it is B because it lists mountains and lakes. Remember it is asking for biotic features. "The biotic factors of an ecosystem are the living components. Plants, animals, and all of the other organisms that live in an ecosystem are biotic factors."

Also, for the people who have this question on study island answer C is correct. I did B because I thought I was wrong but actually no, I was correct lol so B does not make any sense at all.
