Answer is h=10
3/7 =H/14 - 2/7
Add 2/7 to both sides
3/7 + 2/7 = H/14 -2/7 + 2/7
5/7 = H/14
Cross / butterfly multiply
7H = 70
Divide both sides by 7 to solve for H
7/7 H =70/7
H = 10
