Answer: 226

Explanation:

The differences from one term to the next are

The first difference is 9, the next one is 4 more, the next one is 6 more, the next one is 8 more, the next one is 10 more, and the next one is 12 more. Each time, the difference increases by 2.

So the next difference should be the last difference (49) plus 14 = 63.

The next term should be the last term (163) + 63 = 226

I believe the 8th term should be 226.
