Arrow Keys Functioning Differently
While typing a report in Microsoft Word, you attempt to use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move the insertion point around the document. When you press the UP and DOWN ARROW keys,instead of moving the insertion point up or down, these keys scroll the entire Word window up and down. What could be causing this?(be thorough and detailed)
