Domain is the places where there are valid points on the graph from left to right. This equation extends infinitely negative and infinitely positive, so the domain is

-inf < x < inf

Range is the places where there are valid points on the graph from up to down. This equation extends infinitely positive and infinitely negative, so the range is

-inf < y < inf

Its decreasing from -inf to the point -2 (you can't decrease at a point, so this is not inclusive)

Its decreasing from -inf < x < -2 and 0 < x < inf

Its increasing from -2 to 0

-2 < x < 0

Hope this helps :)
