because -6 is out of paranthes so we can multiple -6 with 3 and for so:


( \frac{ {1.4}^(3) }{ {1.2}^(4) } ) ^( - 6) = ( \frac{ {1.4}^( - 18) }{ {1.2}^( - 24) } )

then you can up side down it so the minus will go away so:


( \frac{ {1.2}^(24) }{ {1.4}^(18) } )
