Answer:

Width = 10 and Length = 16

Explanation:

→ Assign variables to the length and width

width = x so length = 6 + x

→ Make an equation

x + 6 + x + x + 6 + x = 52

→ Simplify

4x + 12 = 52

→ Minus 12 from both sides

4x = 40

→ Divide both sides by 10

x = 10

→ Resubstitute into the previously assigned values

width = 10 so length = 16
