{ \qquad\qquad\huge\underline{{\sf Answer}}}

Here we go ~

Every value of x, for which y is defined and has a finite value is called domain of a function.

The given function is :

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: \cfrac{7x + 4}{13 - x}

The value of x for which denominator isn't equal to zero are all included in domain of this function,

So,

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: 13 - x \\e0

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: - x \\e - 13

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: x \\e13

Domain of given function :

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: D \in \: R - \{13\}
