R = (2/3)I + 12

Explanation:

Don't know if the "R" is attached to "2" only or "(3/2)R" but check the solutions anyways....

I = (3/2)R – 18

L.C.M = 2

I = (3R – 36)/2

2I = 3R – 36

2I + 36 = 3R

Dividing both sides by 3

2I/3 + 36/3 = 3R/3

2I/3 + 12 = R

R = (2/3)I + 12
