For this question there's multiple ways to solve but this is how I would tackle it:

1. The negative exponents are quite intimidating, so lets deal with those. When you have a negative exponent, you first move the entire term that is stuck to the exponent to the opposite side of the fraction line (check the negative exponent image).

2. Once all the negative exponents are gone, I would tackle the numerator and then the denominator.

3. Once the numerator and denominator are cleaned up, we finish it up by dividing the fraction. See the dividing fraction image.
